5 Drinking games that one can play in their office Christmas Party

Well, Christmas is around the corner and our excitement for the upcoming festival is on the rise. Huh! As much as we are happy for the festival, we are quite enticed about our gifts and secret Santa. Nevertheless, what entices more about this festival is the games we play during the celebration and when things centers around the office activity; we know that there will be booze and Christmas drinking games.

Christmas drinking games are a great way to break the ice. Especially when there is a new joinee in your office! So with songs, conversation and dancing lights and a bunch of activities; one can perform these drinking games in their office to lighten up their party:

1. Kings Cup:

 Requirement for the game: Drinks, cards

This game is best enjoyed with a large number of people, thus, it is quite apt for office. In this game, an employee is supposed to follow a set of rules as they pick a card, they have to do what the list below says. The more drunk, the better!

2. Never Have I Ever!

This game never goes out of fashion! Never Have I Ever is a great game to know someone’s secret. Here an employee has to share something that they have never done before and the people who have will take a sip of their drink. The key here is to make bring out the unknown from your fellow employee and admit to their embarrassing stories so watch out for what you say!

3. Straight Face:

When people get drunk, it’s quite tough for them to keep a straight face; and, this game is to  challenge that notion. What you need to do is to write funny or inappropriate sentences on small pieces of paper – basically, the ones that are tough to read while keeping a straight face. Each player has to pick up a chit of paper and try not to keep a straight face. The one who giggles or reacts has to drink!

4. Flip Cup:

Flip Cup is a good starter for an office party. There game is played between two teams competing against each other. Both teams have to stand on opposite sides of the table and keep their cups with drinks at the edge. Everyone must finish their drink and flip the cup with their fingers to the upside-down position before the next member begins. First team to complete this wins. Fun isn’t it?

5. Buzz:

This is a very easy game. In this game, each player has to start counting a number and says it aloud, except 7 and its multiples, in which case, you say buzz. If you don’t, you drink. Told you it is easy!
