Agra (230 km)
The City of Love, Agra is a place that strikes the chord straightaway when one thinks to explore a place on the weekend. The former capital of the Mughal Empire, Agra, emits a historic vibe by its landmarks and monuments from the early Mughal era.
Apart from the Taj Mahal, the red-sandstone built Agra Fort has some eye-catching features which make it’s a must-visit site. A quick tour of the nearby city of Fatehpur Sikri, Sikandra Fort, Itmad-ud- Daula, Jahangir’s Palace, Dayal Bagh, and Akbar’s Mausoleum are some of the places that should be on the checklist.

Kasauli (290 km)
Surrounded by oak, chestnut and pine trees, this hill station lies between Shimla and Kalka. It is the respite you will ever look for. The peaceful environment produces a sense of calmness that is good enough to rejuvenate you.
Kasauli offers you an amazing Sunset Point. Do trek the famous ‘Monkey Point’ which leads you to the enlightening Hanuman Mandir. Do go for a walk on the Gilbert Trail to see that clouds float over the path.
