Yoga has so many benefits that a person cannot list them in a go yet the poses are something which one can do. Be it in the office or at a park or at your guests place you can do it anywhere, Okay, we took it a bit further but hey! It is realistic.
So, as of now, here are some yoga asanas which you can do it in your office while working or in between a break which you obviously take.
Standing Thigh Stretch:
This pose stretches your hip and leg muscles, which can get tight from sitting all day and create pain and tension in the lower back.
On every inhale, draw your shoulders upwards towards your ears and back.
Wrist and Finger Stretch:
Working on the desk could be tedious and painful. The constant typing can take a toll on the fingers and the wrist, hence, this exercise turnout to be very handy.
This is a must for those who feel a stiff side and a stiff shoulder. Doing this will give relief to you and please, thank us later!
